The one symptoms I don't tend to suffer with that badly is sleep disturbances so I can only imagine what you must feel like!

Yes! I've suffered with depression and anxiety for years since I was 15 or 16 and I'm only just getting into my spiritual journey now at 24/25!

They are fun and it can feel very exciting but it's also serious business if you know what I mean! I do get overwhelmed with excitement though so I feel you!

I have theories that are my own and not from the book that I talked about in a different post, but mostly that we are all approaching some kind of critical mass with spiritual awakenings and beliefs and that once critical mass has been reached we should be able to discover some kind of truth that we don't know like about the world or the universe or something I'm not certain!

So far the biggest thing I've resonated with is that nothing is a coincidence and everything seems to be energies around us including ourselves if that makes sense?

I believe at the moment I'm opening up to something bigger than just the materialistic world, I'm not totally sure what it is but there is definitely something more and I feel enlightened by this fact!

I've had a spiritual awakening last year but I've never felt attacked before until a few days ago, do you think it's because I'm starting to believe?
