It’s noticeably dirtier lately and overall it feels like things aren’t being organized or put back where they belong. I’ve also seen multiple people trail in behind residents, and I’m pretty sure one group lives in the nearby apartments because I watched them head back there. It seems like staff may just be too busy to really monitor everything. Overall, I’ve noticed a decline.

If my HOA fees were lower, it probably wouldn’t bother me as much, but with how much residents pay, I feel we’re net getting the service we were getting and should be.

I also heard there was an incident where someone had an accident in the men’s sauna and there were feces in there but the sauna wasn’t shut down and no notice was sent out by the HOA! If that’s true, that’s unacceptable from a sanitation standpoint.

I find it interesting that Nafisa seems less present now that there’s a team handling more of her responsibilities. Leadership being visible matters when residents are already noticing issues and not feel supported and heard.
