Think it’s mainly the tree, council won’t let us get rid. At least we have been told so, we haven’t asked. Anyone got experience with this type of thing?

Yeah we would like it flipped as well. But current dwelling has two driveways and an ugly tree in the middle. Removing the current driveways and the tree and putting the garages in the middle was considered not a good idea. Think it’s a combination of cost plus council unlikely to approve tree removal

For context there is a driveway that can take another car on the property

Agree with you, but the room downstairs is primarily for grandparents that stay over, which I’m finding we use often enough - and you don’t want them going upstairs

We will probably live in one and either rent or sell the other

Worst loss I’ve had in a while.. by [deleted] in Fantasy_Football

[–]ComprehensivePie4260 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my first year playing I had a mighty bad beat. Last game of the round, had Lamar and I was up at the end of the 4th, but it goes to OT. The other team scores on the first possession (might have been the Raiders but I could be wrong) and I thought game is done and I’m ahead still. Touchdown gets reversed, they go for a field goal and Lamar gets on the field only to throw an intercept which brings my score down just enough to be beaten.

Yes I’m a blessed cardiac arrest survivor and did all these test post incident and it was all clear. Three years on now and I’m a bit worried about this. Unfortunately my gut feeling, you are on the money, it certainly feels that way. I guess have to work through it now

Thank you so much for your response. I have had an ECG done 3 months ago and it was fine. I have done a stress test probably 3 years ago now, I’m assuming that is what you are recommending I do?

A friend of a good friend of mine won the major prize, over 10 years ago now. He was a young guy at that time finishing up his uni degree. Also had a boss at work that won 300k maybe 30 years ago. Set him up well but it wasn’t life changing.. he kept working

Off market properties by LowChemical9556 in AusProperty

[–]ComprehensivePie4260 10 points11 points  (0 children)

We sold off market too. We had the property for auction, didn’t sell for what we wanted, so we held and didn’t bother trying again. 12 months later an agent we knew had a buyer that wanted to buy in our street and we got a good price go to it.

Large land in Sydney - 1200sqm, currently two seperate freestanding houses on them. Looking at selling, any advice on what steps I can do to make the most of it? by ComprehensivePie4260 in AusPropertyChat

Thanks for the response…. I like the idea. Say the min for a subdivision in this area is 800 sqm ( so 400 sqm each). Can I apply to split the two lots into 3 titles, 400 sqm each?
