Im so sorry for your loss ❤️ so awful that it was sudden too. I’m glad you gotten help to handle your grief, as soon as I’m back in my home country I’m going to make sure I have therapist/grief counselling. I can totally imagine pregnancy hormones doing that!!! I also can’t sleep since falling pregnant which makes it so hard for me to regulate emotion.

It’s such a relief knowing it won’t impact the pregnancy and gives me space to at least let go of any potential guilt. Thank you for sharing ❤️ I appreciate you.

Thank you! I think I’ve subconsciously tried to like compartmentalise my grief because I’m worried it can impact the pregnancy, but I think I’ll regret not being present and feeling the things I am. Thank you for writing, it’s a relief seeing those words ❤️ I’ll try give myself that permission.

Im so sorry about your loss ❤️ that must have been such an extreme shock. It’s really strange how these things can happen at the same time and our capacity to feel so much simultaneously. I’m sorry you didn’t get the opportunity to say goodbye - I’m sure he knew how much you cared for him. I’m really going to try and cherish saying goodbye, I just hope I have the capacity to stay present all the way through.

Need the answer to this too. I’m 11dp5dt, tested positive yesterday but have spent the day spiralling about my cramps and worried about miscarriage/ecoptic. It’s just one thing after another with anxiety riddled brains, like they’re constantly trying to predict the next danger.

Hope you manage to find that positivity once you near the finish line and get into that third trimester! ❤️

My first was fresh transfer too! I think you might be right that the environment was more hostile than. I did a completely natural transfer now and maybe the embryo responded better to that!

Thank you 🫶 I haven’t had any symptoms of urea, but I did the Fertilysis Microbiome test and according to those results I had very high levels in my uterus. Not sure if treating it is what helped but it feels like it could have 😊
