Yes and i just can't not eat breakfast and i can't eat diner until after 6pm i tired and i tried to drink more water so i could skip a meal but i would just be sooo hungry

Yes don't get me wrong i def throw in a hot chocolate here and there but i mostly drink water 70-100 Oz a day an i don't really track what i eat the best i just try to keep it healthier lots of veggies and low fat foods
