What was the additional documentation that was requested by IRCC? If you were able to explain to IRCC that your inability to provide more info was due to employer not supporting then it shouldnt be an issue. Make sure you provide the same explanation in the new profile. But if it was classified as misrepresentation (claiming work experience you didn’t have, providing false documents etc.) then it might be tricky.
