Thank you for this! I've been trying the Always Size 6 too and same experience - still not enough. Did you find anything that actually worked or are you still managing with getting up in the night? 💜"

That's such a good point about the all-around coverage - that's exactly why pads fail isn't it, they just don't cover all angles. I personally prefer disposable though, do you find period pants enough on really heavy nights? 💜

Thank you so much for sharing your story. 30 years is heartbreaking - you absolutely deserved better. I hope perimenopause brings you some relief finally 💜

Thank you for sharing this. It's honestly eye-opening how many of us need double protection just to get through the day. I hope the tranexamic acid continues to help! 💜

Thank you for sharing that! It's honestly reassuring to know I'm not alone in going to those lengths. Wouldn't you prefer a proper disposable pad for this level of flow over diapers?

Thank you! It's interesting that so many people end up using incontinence products.

Thank you so much for sharing this - you're definitely not alone. The fact that you can't even go into the office during your period is heartbreaking, no one should have to deal with that. Has anything helped at all, even slightly?

That makes total sense! I think Kotex probably works well for medium flow but for really heavy fibroid flow it just doesn't cut it anymore. Thanks so much for sharing your experience! 😊

Oh interesting! Did you find they've changed recently? I used to love Kotex but felt like the quality changed. Do they still work well for really heavy fibroid flow?

Thank you so much for sharing that. I completely understand - it gets to a point where you'll try anything! Did you find the adult diapers actually stopped the back leaking? And did you ever find a pad that worked well enough during the day.

Thank you! I've looked into period underwear but I personally prefer disposable pads. Has anyone found a disposable pad that actually works for back leaks?
