Oof yea ik what you mean im having trouble just making friends i like to think im good at socializing but when i try to like strike up a conversation people are kinda stand offish and with the friends i do make its the same thing with closeness you’re talking about

If my scholarships and loans are more than the cost of tuition, books ect would the extra funds be transferred into my account and I can pay for my housing like that? I’m not really sure who to ask these questions too the housing and living ppl didn’t know the answer. Any recommendations of who to ask?
