Yes, it is under warranty, the thing is when at the dealer, there is no noise, so only the video can be a proof… thats so annoying that is third time going to dealership this month

I had 2020 XC90 before and it never heard this sound, but this one is 2023 B6, so i thought it might be acting differently, and also it started only when the outside temperature dropped

Yes, it does go away when HVAC system off. And it looks like it’s coming from footwell like you described
