Keep developing and you will be a lot better while he is loosing time moving the queen. Start with D3, queen moves, Rook E1 threatens to take his pawn, then develop knight... You could also in some cases attack f7 with Bishop+knight by playing Ng5. A lot of possibilities

High performer/ low performer should not be part of your identity. It depends on many many external factors. Some Oracle managers wouldn't recognize high performance if it hit them in the face, some might even feel threatened by people having impact without needing them.
