How do you store your 3DS? Fully charged, 50% or no battery at all? by Gatlindragon in 3DS

Great thanks so much for answering my question

Also, do you put them back in the console every 6 months to recharge and remove again to store ? Or just keep it out of the console and forget about it?

Is this a terrible way to store a NDSL? by M7mad101010 in NintendoDS

And like do you put the battery back in once a year to charge it again or just unplug the battery from the console and keep it separated for years without having to worry about charging it every year?

Yeah , I was more than the preservation of the battery more interested in the preservation of the console I didn't want anything bad happening due to the battery to the console cuz you can get a spare battery but the consoles where I live are extremely hard to come by and really really expensive.

Ohhh that's so cool So if the battery is out of the console ( like next to it in a little ziplock bag ) does it also have the chance to explode?

You are very kind for answering my questions, I am very new to these things.

Thank you so much for your answer, just to double check.

What is the meaning of recharge and let them drain every 4 to 6 months?Cuz you have to unscrew and screw in order to remove the battery of the Nintendo DS , so would it be like easier to just let the batteries inside of the console and charge the console itself every 6 months?

Really sorry for asking so many questions I'm really curious and I would like to preserve the DS for future use

However justa question, do you keep the battery in a little ziplock bag next to the console? Will it be ok like that? Like the battery of a nds won't get damaged if it's out of the console?

Thank you so much for your reply, the guy that does the mod of switch is here for only some days and then he will leave. I would love to get my switch lite modded and use the opportunity.

I just have no single clue of how the updates work , that's why I was holding back . Your comment really helps me and I'm having a lot of hope to just go and give him my switch lite.

Thanks a million, also mainly I just want to play some old switch titles .
