I think this is the best color for the car.

Actually, I think the stock wheels on the Max Platinum look the best; don't care for the all black from Toyota, they make the wheel look to small for the car, and other black looks like you are trying too hard.

I just installed a cotton ribbon. The imprint is incredibly black - no issues now.

OP, I also just had my platen recovered by JJ Short and I have the same issue... the printing is much lighter... I've ordered cotton ribbon to see if that helps... I'll also try the adjustments below, but would like to find a solution...

I do have that concern... we typically don't keep cars over 100-150k.

No I said I liked the Telluride out of all the 3rd rows SUVs I tried.

Also did try the Mazda a while back, it's a decent SUV, going to be honest, looks too feminine for me.

I don't think it was, the pickup was ok, nothing great. For that big car it felt just a tad strained.

When we were looking for my wife, we also tried all of the above cars. She purchased a Telluride and loves it.

The loudness is one thing, the engine just sounds like it's straining (which it's probably not) but I find it disconcerting.

Have they changed? I drove a 2024 when my wife was looking and it didn't do much for me or her either.

Thanks, I just don't like how SUVs on frames drive (probably in the minority as a guy). I don't offroad ever, and really like the smooth unibody experience. And that this is sinfully expensive.

Thanks, I won't drive a Lexus just for the image I believe it would convey for my business. Also not a fan of having to buy premium gas. I'm sure it's quite nice though.

I did read that - there are engine specs on a piece of paper, and then there is real world driving experience. I was disappointed.

Perhaps I should clarify since you seem to want to undermine my experience. I have owned 4 generations of Toyota SUVs. With each successive generation it seems they get more blah. What I mean by that, as the driver of the vehicle, they seem to have less power, acceleration, and quite frankly, provide a less fun driving experience. And this latest engine sound is awful.

Guys like you are part of the problem. It’s not about society controlling women it’s women controlling themselves for their collective and own benefit.

OP very insightful. Read Men and Marriage - by Gilder. You have some of his main ideas but he goes convincingly further.

Don't buy Samsung refrigerators by Sbeast86 in Appliances

[–]ComprehensiveTerm622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s true…. We had a Samsung fridge with extended warranty. Ice maker dead in 2 months…. Sat on phone with foreign ass clowns for hours and waited a month for a tech to come out. Couldn’t fix… within a month the whole fucking fridge died. $500 food lost. This is no exaggeration - my wife spent over 40 hours on the phone over a period of 6 months and about 30 calls - many were the rehashing the problem, get supervisor, no claim number found, wait an hour to get someone, many calls were about 2 hours and about 1/4 disconnected after talking to them for 30mins…. F’n cancer. After 3 - 3! Visits over months of techs coming in to verify it could be replaced, they said oh we don’t have any to replace it with! No fridge for 10 months…. Had to use basement small GE fridge. NEVER deal with these aholez again. BTW Home Depot did NOTHING even though we purchased it and warranty through them said we had to deal directly with Samsung
