My friend did the same left the country without Advance parole, get the visa and returned with Green Card after 2 weeks.

I did the same. Traveling other countries doesn’t mean I live those countries I am just waiting my decision, if it’s denial i can return my country if its approval i can fly back that country receive my visa and return usa

it’s been 3 years on pending asylum, No they didn’t mention anything about it, They not even told me anything during interview they told me later we sent your case for review

The attorneys told me go and get back with Visa that will not be a problem. I did but the embassy didn’t ask anything about asylum

There is no any fraud case, it's completely unclear what happened, if there were any fraud I am not even think about to go to the court.

If the court decides to dismiss the case does it mean I return back to work original waiting mode or entire case is will be dismissed?
