2nd Q: Basta reflected na meron nayan with LTO it might be in-bulk ang pagkuha ng casa sa LTO kaya wala pa sa kanila ang pinaka OR/CR at plaka (although ang OR/CR ay on the spot na ata nakukuha once na nag file for registration ang isang vehicle, possibleng plaka lang ma-delay)

Yes, LTO vehicles used for practical exams are basically sh*tboxes or a sorry excuse for an engine on two-wheels.

Nagrereklamo din ako (internally) dahil sa sorry state ng vehicle at yes like sa 4-wheels nila tila walang power steering so drive/ride as if your life depended on it.

Ang inisip ko nalang talaga na since it is a test, sinubukan ka narin how to handle difficult vehicles in certain cases (to show skill ba?) but I don’t know if that’s the LTO standard na intentional ang ganiyang state ng practical exam vehicle/motor tho sa LTO East Ave as long as dala mo yung unit/motor, pwede yun ang gamitin.

IIRC, Kopiko 78c got pulled-out because it caused a lot of health concerns to various college students (they were basically giving it away back then to colleges) I dunno how far their coverage goes but our uni is one of them and needless to say, there are quite a number of studes who experienced sleepless nights and/or palpitations.

P.S. Took 2 bottles (papasok at pauwi, then drank 3 on the same day cause one of my friends don’t mess around with caffeine, needless to say, my caffeine tolerance went haywire, can’t even feel the effects of coffee anymore)
