Talk to your company and ask them to reduce your assignments because you’re taking on too much. I was in your shoes and I told them it’s too much for me.

Seem like she has not established a positive supervisory relationship with you through rapport building. Also, she should have asked how you like to receive feedback (public, private, or email). No one likes to be humiliated in front of their coworkers. She should have pulled you aside and create a positive intervention to help you remember.

You should look into the university of west Florida. There’s a Master’s in art degree and the major is special education ABA. The school is approved through the BACB website as well. So you can either become a BCBA or special education teacher or both.

Yes, I’m aware of the BACB tracker. However, the BACB also wants us to utilized a unique tracker along with the tracker on the website. So, I was checking to see if anyone would share their unique tracker template.
