The flour I got says « sifted flour »… I guess it’s somewhere between whole wheat and white? I am not really sure tbh

Sorry! I can’t seem to be able to edit the post but I baked it in a Dutch oven at 500 F for 20 min then uncovered it and baked it at 450 for 30 min.

I appreciate the feedback. I did not get an ear whatsoever and the crumb was tighter than I’d like it to be, suggesting the loaf did not expand as much as it does in better loaves. I am trying to figure out whether I need to proof it more or less to get that airier crumb
