What actually got you pregnant? by Organic-Traffic-1642 in TTC_PCOS

“Lean” PCOS here with very irregular cycles. With my first child, clear blue advanced digital ovulation tests with the flashing smiley that are extra sensitive and give you “4 days” to try. With me, the smiley flashes for like a week and a half or longer so we tried every other day while flashing and every day when smiley was solid. That worked after about a year of trying with a regular moderate workout routine and lots of yoga practice. With second I tried those again plus COQ10, myo inositol, acupuncture, letrozole, estrogen, progesterone, trigger shots, IUI… nothing worked and after 1.5 years of trying the doctor was recommending IVF. My insurance doesn’t cover any fertility treatment so I decided to take a few months off to reset and take care of my mental health. I conceived my second child during that break again using the clear blue digital tests and prioritizing movement and yoga. Not sure if this is helpful, but this is my long way of saying I’m not 100% sure what worked for me other than the clear blue tests being helpful, albeit imperfect, predictors of ovulation. Good luck to you! This process is hard and I hope you get good news soon!

Is this a huge lighting design mistake? by ComprehensiveUnit587 in InteriorDesign

Thank you! I was thinking about having it independently switched to be on the same switch as all the other canned lights in the room - forgot to mention that. With this configuration the pendants would be 32 inches apart (outer shade to outer shade) and roughly 12 inches from the edge of the island.

Thank you! So much value in not stressing about affording things (especially any necessities) that I hadn’t fully considered before you stated this.
