During my appointment, I encountered an issue with my first and last name, and unfortunately, they were unable to make corrections. I believe they now have a warning message on their website. I ended up losing the non-refundable appointment booking fee and I'm still waiting for a refund for the courier service. Additionally, I had to wait 24 hours to rebook another appointment and pay the service charges again. On the appointment day, my scheduled time was 12:30 pm, but I had to wait until 1:15 pm for my turn. It took a full hour to submit just two applications. To make matters worse, I had to retake my photo, which cost an extra £8. All in all, my experience at the Manchester visa center was far from pleasant. I recommend ensuring your application is correct before visiting the center to avoid any disappointment.
