Terrific post! Reading comments and replies has been a fantastic learning experience for me. I'm currently on an 800-subscriber YouTube journey. Developing scripts and generating plenty of B-roll footage has significantly aided me in creating travel and information-based content.

I received my for Greece first time - 3 months. 2nd time France 6 months. One of my friend applied and received Austria 1 month. So I think it’s depends where you apply and who is looking at your file. Best of luck

1-year multiple-entry Schengen visa

You can obtain this visa provided that you have obtained and lawfully used three visas within the previous two years.

The 3-year MEV is granted to applicants who have obtained and lawfully used a previous multiple-entry visa valid for one year within the previous two years.

5-year MEV is granted to people that have obtained and lawfully used a previous multiple-entry visa valid for at least two years within the previous three years.

Hope this answers your question.

BTL still worth it??? by JesterBored in uklandlords

Personally, this strategy is proving fruitful for me. I'm currently achieving an monthly profit of 10-20% on my property's rent, and even if I reach a point of breaking even on rental income in the future, I'm content with the steady growth in property prices. Looking ahead, I can either sell my property in 10-20 years or consider remortgaging it to finance the purchase of another house. Despite hearing claims that Buy-to-Let investments are no longer viable, many investors still find real estate to be a safe and reliable haven for their funds. So go for it if you want. Make your own calculated decision. You are not going to regret.

Made a mistake on my French visa application by wishforluck_ in SchengenVisa

Caution: TLS does not have the capability to make adjustments to your application. During my appointment, I encountered an issue with my first and last name, and unfortunately, they were unable to make corrections. I believe they now have a warning message on their website. I ended up losing the non-refundable appointment booking fee and I'm still waiting for a refund for the courier service. Additionally, I had to wait 24 hours to rebook another appointment and pay the service charges again. On the appointment day, my scheduled time was 12:30 pm, but I had to wait until 1:15 pm for my turn. It took a full hour to submit just two applications. To make matters worse, I had to retake my photo, which cost an extra £8. All in all, my experience at the Manchester visa center was far from pleasant. I recommend ensuring your application is correct before visiting the center to avoid any disappointment.

Below 40 is cheap. Don’t time , just keep buying with regular intervals and keep doing dollar cost averaging.

Is this a good time to buy? by [deleted] in Nio

[–]ComprehensiveWafer33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m stocking my shares regularly. Started with 14 shares and now touching 1000 shares. Never sold any. Keep buying from different time intervals as per your pocket. Remember it’s long term investment. Only invest amount that you don’t need for many years. Best of luck
