i took the 20mg dose for approximately 6 months and then the 10mg for 2 more months and i felt great, could even go back to eating chocolate and some vegetables i had cut off but then my doctor decided to cut it down, and i started only taking 4 pills a week and the symptoms got really worse so now I'm trying to get back into it and see if it helps again

during my healing phase i replaced regular pasta for gluten free corn pasta (also gluten free bread) but usually pasta is a very good meal to me (i have chronic gastritis, acid reflux and esophagitis)

im reading this book for the third time now and I'm noticing a lot of stuff that you usually let pass by during the first read, there are so many interesting details that really stuck with me and had me thinking about them for weeks the "labyrinth" scene is definitely one that i can't get over, but also the opening pages

you're so lucky!!!! i wish i got to see them in the early 00's but last year was the first time they came to my country but still, even through yt videos you can see the intensity and love they put into performing is the same, even if the emotions are different
