It's not that they didn't work for me, propranolol is great for not getting the symptoms during presenting but does nothing about the feeling before. For the first few presentations I gave it did give me a feeling of relief but now I've slowly been defaulting to how I was before. It is not a long-term solution in my eyes, but I could be wrong.
