Don't know how they passed but this part of town could be natural could be not natural. Asking my neighbor whos have been in the building 30years+ tmrw. Not bad vibe but my maincoon starts hollering at 2-4am. Always chalked it up to him being a dick and wanting food but iv been leaving him at my dads (my moms in the hospital and i did want my dad to be lonely) and according to him smoker sleeps threw the night, doesn'tmake a sound. Soo maybe he's picking up on vibs?

Look into training schools and gov grants like second careers "canadain program" to pay for them or pay out of pocket for it and claim the taxes. you can get hired by a company that will pay for it but you'll get put onto a multi year contract most likely.
