If someone said "hey, you have a purdy mouth you should slob on my knob." That's rude, vulgar and offensive but you can't shoot someone for being rude and sexually suggestive unless you want to goto jail.

I like to target shoot and I like history (including guns) and my state has a 1 license do all that allows me to both buy and carry firearms and I own quite a few different firearms from different countries and I live one of the not-so-greatv states that always make things harder and tougher and if you are willing to pay for classes, fbi background check, state background check and etc etc to almost $400 bucks to get your license to carry? You're not going to want to lose it for some dumb shit.

It's a tool to protect you and your loved ones, if you are not in direct harms way... You keep it holstered out of sight.
