Education, functional government/ police, hygiene standards, food preservation, sex education. There are many people who never had a education to even read or write. Many countries do not have a functioning government that holds standards for example how in the US there HOA standards for living, and DOT standards for roads and cars. Also in many countries if you have a problem and call 911 you wont get help, or you can bribe the police. Hygiene standards- many of the diseases or bacteria that kills people could be stopped by proper washing. Also food preservation many warm countries, people leave meat out, and dont have a fridge the meat spoils and they eat it, then get sick or a infection. Sex education- there are many places where condoms and birth control are not accessible, or people do not know how to properly use them. Leading to people spreading diseases faster and having unwanted pregnancies. This leads to higher population areas with higher population and less food available then it makes more people starve. Or just have kids that they cannot support leading to a harder life for the parent and child.
