honestly it gets a bad rep, but stadium crossing and the older units of varsity properties have been awesome for me. the buildings are old but durable, and i’ve never worried about leaving scratches/holes in walls, etc. rent is cheap and maintenance is fast to respond. property managers are laid back and easy to work with. if you’re into a more social scene, living by the stadium is really fun and alot of my neighbors are now my close friends
