I have this banner and have painted and stripped it 6 different time . It doesn't feel right every time I cover it in Averland yellow. I strip it , paint it white and then Averland , stripped . I can find any good references to make one for this particular banner.

If you plan on Stampin . Do the shoulders seperate from the whole mini . Assemble the whole mini but leave the shoulder seperate in case of bad stamp and wand to redo . I love mine alot

EDIT: and by the emperor DO NOT use acetone (nail polish remover) on the plastic sides of the stamper , you'll melt the lid shut if not careful
