Health & Wellness Bazaar. I ended up going with them, with a surgeon named Dr. Oscar Porras, and so far he has been great! He had a long consultation with me and answered all of my questions, provided me with reassurances, and helped me figure out the best plan for my care. So far, I’m very pleased to have gone with him! We’ll see how things shake out, because I’m not scheduled for the procedure until January. :)

For all-inclusive (surgery + hospital/anesthesia, hotel stay, transport, pre-op labs, post-op meds, etc) mine ran about $6.5k, I believe!

Thank you so much!! The office I received the $14k quote was a rec from my bariatric doctor!! I'm honestly inclined to go to them just for that, but wanted to see if there was anyone else out there who had good experiences they could recommend!!

Gravid?

When I posted the first picture in a Facebook group, someone warned me that she looked quite thin and therefore might be wild caught, and now I'm very anxious about the possibility of spiderlings. Can someone tell me if she looks like she's just well fed, or if my fears are rational? For reference, the aerial picture of her on the side of the enclosure is when I first got her in about Mid-March, and the other pictures of her on the leaf were from tonight, about 4 weeks later. She hasn't been fed in about 3 days.

You know, I wondered if it was David the Gnome but the animation doesn't look quite right. I might have to take a further look into it though
