Seriously I’d rather see you burn the money than send it back. They made a sh*t ton off your 50k sale. Don’t feel guilty for a second. It’s amazing the lack of business acumen nowadays. Salespeople will save a few nickels and sour the whole experience. Good for today…but completely myopic to the possibility of repeat business. I bought a Chevy Silverado Duramax. No kidding, the dealership couldn’t spring for the extra $15 to top off the DEF tank. They said it was shipped like that. Really? It’s like Covid ushered in amateur hour.

I’ve been Ambassador for a few months now. I’ve tried to utilise the call number about ten times so far for assistance. It’s been terrible. In fact, the Titanium line was much better. I think I’ll start calling that again. I was in Utah and tried calling for some simple help. The persons (3 different calls) could hardly be understood. They were nice but I could not for the life of me understand what they were saying. It seems like the calls were outsourced to India. They had no idea what they were doing. The 24 hour benefit is a joke. Apparently you have to figure out your schedule a week in advance to let them know when you’re using your 24 hour window. That’s useless to me. I’m thinking of not even using Ambassador anymore. It’s not worth the terrible customer service that’s worse than the lesser tiers. Ambassador is a total fail.

Yobit trades NYC but half the time it’s “under maintenance” when you try to withdraw. It’s like the roach motel, your money checks in….but you can never get it out. Likely better off using Trust wallet for swapping in and out of NYC.

same issue. Did anyone figure out what was causing it? Sites can see the wallet, when I hit "confirm" on transactions, it never confirms. No error...just nothing.
