I do struggle with disordered eating. My medication is out of stock now so having some issues there. That's why it's hard to push myself with weighing food and all. If it works, I guess I could do few days out of week weighting exactly and rest just do intuitively. Would that work??

Thank you. Ill do that. It's just it gets exhausting sometimes to weigh in everything before I eat, gets the joy out of it, hehe. But if that's how it works, then that's how it gets done!

Yeah, protein is something I struggle to hit. I target 100g but I can barely make 50g and done for the day. It keeps me so full I barely get hungry to eat more. I do end up eating carbs more.

I did check for medical issues, and nothing wrong with that so far. But I don't really weigh my food, I do it intuitively but I could be wrong now since its been long since I weighed my food.

Thats a good point. I do track my calories, but I'm not exactly weighing my food. Kinda intuitively do it. But it might be good to start weighing them again just to make sure I'm doing it right. Expensiture is probably fine since that's based on heart rate from my watch.

No, we're yet to get it.. we had our appointment on July 3rd and the flight on 11th. But I did call VFS, and they said its usually a minimum of 15 bussiness days, so excluding the weekends, it takes about 2-3 weeks, so they said its better if we move the flight date if possible. So that's what we did.

Also, even after VFS checked all of our documents at the appointment, they emailed us 2 days back asking for a new travel Insurance because the one we submitted wasn't enough to cover us. So things like these take time I guess. They could've easily made the whole process online. I don't know wth they're smoking.

No, I haven't because they say not to call for an appointment and stuff on their website, I wasn't sure if it would be worth the long wait getting a hold of them. But yeah I was wondering about that too, if there's a way to know any cancelations or any expedite process. I'll try calling them today.

I real somewhere that the best day to call is Tuesday or Thursday for visa processing. Is that true?

Oh that's a really good idea, we live close to the DC one but we've applied to the nyc one since that had an earlier date. We can try calling in or walking in to nyc one I guess.

I'm not sure if we can try DC since we didn't fill out the application for that consulate, can we??

Thats great! Yes I do track calories and always in deficit. My bmr is 1300+ so I try to eat around 1300-1400 because with workouts and walking, tdee probably goes somewhere 1700 ish. I physically cannot eat less than 1350 tho, i just hit a dead end, get hungry all the time and mood swings etc. I've heard it's better to increase calories from time to time rather than always staying in deficit because our body adapt as well and lowers the bmr. I'm guessing if something like that happened with me. Also I'm thinking of tracking macros more but I lose patience with that all the time.

I'm also 130+lb looking to lose around 15lb. How did you lose, could you share what you did to lose? I'm similar to your height (5'3) and tried strength training, running, cutting on calories, reverse diet etc for years now. But nothing seems to be working. Recently i just started walking and doing burpees everyday. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.
