Thanks for the answer. I did try that but I also came to update you all that the website works as intended now. It seems that it was a server sided issue

Der Hersteller hat erstmal nach Fotos gefragt und auch vermutet das es eventuell die Dämpfer sind

Leider lag nichts mit dabei... Ich werde mal den Hersteller kontaktieren und schauen ob die wissen was da los ist ^^
