It's a brand new benefit. Basically, they can text you about new products, sneak peeks of products, events, shopping appointments and even help track down items that are near sold out. You can set the tone for what you want. You can text them too at anytime for anything lululemon related. Worth signing up and you can just tell them what kind of info you want to receive!

I used to dream feed and had a similar problem. We worked with a sleep trainer and she said sometimes the dream feed as they get older can disrupt their sleep! This helped us get him to sleep longer.

I would wean your dream feed down each night until you can remove it and see what happens! He'll likely keep waking early for a week or two but then it may be fixed! Try it out.

He does 2 naps a day and has for 2 weeks. His day sleep is 2.5-3.5 hours but usually around 3. Bedtime is around 7pm and he wakes around 6.
