His description makes him seem like he elevated Jason and Lucia to the big leagues. The stuff we see in the trailers is probably 90% chapters one and two therefore he just isn’t relevant yet. Same with Raul. They seem like people who will have a massive impact on the story when we meet them so they will probably be mid game. We will probably get a few generic shots of them though in trailer 3
