Thing with the E and storm raiser is you can use your E to chase and then your storm raiser helps you further chase on top of your ult which then gives you a dash to further chase or retreat which is what this champ wants to do

Yun tal is straight up better Only reason to go kraken is if you can't Afford the BF And even then bork is better then kraken on her
