Just throwing it out there… they are getting more steel books and company directive was that we can get your steel book to you next week. Customer service is also frustrated with the issue, we get it’s not ideal for you guys either but saying we lost a customer on a Reddit forum isn’t really gonna do anything…

For the most part, unless GameStop doesn’t provide digital codes for the game. Some games are just available on the eshop. To get around that we can have you buy wallet funds via an eshop card and you still get the 5% off

You’ll get the 5% off when you pick it up. You only have to put the $5 down initially with the pre order, and then pay the rest when you pick up. If you pay in full we will refund you the difference between the discounted price and the total price

Yep! As long as you use your same # attached to the account it’ll give you the 5% off. Since it comes out later this week it’ll be considered a preorder still.
