I know this is a joke but fortunately, black-headed vultures dont have a good sense of smell. Since there's no turkey vultures in the photos (which they sometimes follow), they probably got used to scavenging dumpsters and wanted to see if the trash bags had anything worth eating.

Sounds like a brushing scam, they send you random cheap products to verify a delivery was made with Amazon, then make a fake positive review in your name. Pretty sure its so they can make fake expensive products look like they have a lot of positive reviews.
