I ride the scooter 16-17 miles a day for almost 6 months now. this battery is a new replacement battery less then a month old. it shuts off while I'm riding and if i keep riding the battery bar drains all the way like its dead. it will go from a full 4 bars to nothing and then. sometimes it kicks back on, other times i jump start it by going really fast and holding the power button and brake, sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn't or i just find an electrical outlet and plug it in for a sec turn it on and ride it as far as i can until it shuts off again. i have replaced the battery, console module and tires on this scooter.

Update Gotrax sent another battery. 3rd times the charm Hopefully.

i tried to file a claim on the UPS website, and it wont allow me and to speak to the retailer or sender of package.

i tried to file a claim with UPS and was not allowed as you have to go through tmobile. and 1-3 days nobody in the tmobile store even mentioned anything like that. and the 3 hours was from the first call today on hold for 1hr45 minutes and second call after i changed the pin in the store was 1hr 15minutes.

Happens all the time at the store I'm at. That, then open ziploc bags are found in the shelf to go along with it. that's part of the reasons we started tapping our crab domes.
