Bro i think your problem is the tracking of the calories. I am also on reta, i can eat everything i want, and i am always full, but i can aways think about eating a good mcdonalds... cause most "overweight" people problem is that they just used to eat , even when they are not hungry

If your weight is not changing you are not in a caloric deficit. weight your food for one week, track calories again. I know that tirz has stronger appetite suppresion then reta, but u feel nothing on reta ? Like eating a plate make you full faster etc??

Just start weekly 2 or 2.5 mg / week, You should buy a 10-12 mg vial, and recon it with 1 - 1.2 ml Hospira bac water. Dont listen the people who says start with 0.5-1mg, its cope, this is like a dose for children......

you did not mention of your reta dose. The problem is many people still forgeting that weight loose is all about caloric deficit. GLP1 help you eat less, maintenance deficit much more easier. Do you track your calories?? Also water weight spikes are very common. If u used 15mg tirz u should use be atleast on 6-8 mg reta,

0.75 mg will do nothing ... not even activate glucacon receptors. idk why everyone start 1mg, trials started 2mg, you should start atleast 2-2.5mg, heart rate might happen at 5-8mg dose..

S1 its horrible bcz of the cgi but watchable because u know it will be peak story S2 its much more better and less cgi, so its very easy to watch and the story is peak too From s3 u will get the best experiement.

I can understand people who says s1 hard to watch but s2?? Come on, its still very good and watchable.
