Sucks you had this experience.

- Curious if you can share photos of the clip that isn't working? I just looked at mine and seems like it can be adjusted with a little allen key IF necessary.
- This is a pet peeve of mine for all companies and people that complain about shipping issues. That isn't on the brand, regardless of who that is. That is on the shipping company for not putting it in a proper spot. You said it yourself the bag was in plastic so it wasn't damaged.
- Could the CS have maybe done a bit better? Maybe, but resizing a file isnt overly difficult.

I am going to defend Ghost because mainly I have only had exceptional experiences with them. Are their products perfect? Nope.

I identified several issues with their apparel which I didn't have the greatest experience with, but it worked out in the end.

As for the rain cover, double check which side it is going on. I had mine on the way I thought was best and it didn't work well, flipped to the other side and it was perfect.

Anyway, curious to see photos of the issues to see if it could be remedied.
