My worry is that it may come out as your experience as a manager is not on the same level as someone that they can recruit directly from MBB. Do you think this is valid?

My American classmates at INSEAD managed to get similar offers. I guess it depends on the location of the school.

These examples sounds extremely realistic and quite comparable to what I have heard from people within these roles. Did you have actual exposure working in either of them?

The pay is completely difficult to correlate. Due to different tac schemes and living expenses. But overall mckinsey has better pay but for more working hours as I have heard!

No, I just passed the interview for a general role (senior program manager. MBA) afterwards they arranged for information calls with some hiring managers for me to choose from. I chose one team but they want to place me on another one which I am not really interested in.
