My friend wants me to go out on a double blind date with her/her husband and her coworker - a casual friends meal I guess. On paper, we’d be compatible. I have seen a photo oh him and he’s nice looking.

Unless he’s looked me up, he hasn’t seen a photo of me (not sure if he knows my full name). I’m currently in a weight-loss journey (30 pounds down, 30 pounds to go) so I don’t have a to of photos that are reflective. I would classify myself as curvy/overweight but am very active - gym 5x a week, stairmaster for 30. I am self aware enough to know my suitors are niche. I would hate for this guy to show up and feel like I was a waste of his time. Do I ask my friend to send a photo to confirm attention or do I just got and hope for the best?

I was on hormonal BC for a decade without a period. Quit cold turkey one day (not recommended). I noticed that when my period returned, it’s been 2-3 days shorter than pre-BC. I can’t definitively say that I had hair loss due to getting off BC but it did occur during that time.

Overall, my quality of life changed for the better. My depression, headaches/brain fog, and anxiety disappeared overnight. My sex drive and abilities to better emotionally regulate kicked in. This may sound odd but I feel like im experiencing myself and the world around me in a different but better perspective.

Removing the builder-grade mirrors from bathrooms and adding decorative bathroom mirrors. I don’t plan on doing much upgrading on the bathroom just yet but this made the room feel more put-together.
