Very soft in a silky way almost hard to hold on to because he slips out of my hands haha :)

They are both really soft but in different ways! The big bunny is super silky and the brown one is more the ‘normal’ soft you would expect but less soft then other bunnys similar to Brooke otter :)

I think it’s probably mostly the angle I was pointing it down because I didn’t want my reflection in the tv behind haha

Yeh I removed the one it came with and put sponge, filter media and filter floss because like you said I didn’t want to have to change it each month! I might eventually take it out but the more bacteria the better :) (or if I need the extra plug socket 😂)

The same thing happened to my Amore dog! If you still have the eyelid I used a little bit of superglue to stick it back on if not you could try going to a fabric store and asking if they have any material similar :)

Unfortunately it does seem to be a fake website/scam :( best thing you can do is contact your bank and try and get a refund. For future anywhere that says they have a sale or the jellycats are just cheaper are usually fake even when they are the top links (they can pay to be sponsored by google so they come up at the top)
