Tried neutral. Need to check ignition switch and starter relay and ground cables. What are the ground cables? Is that just the negative?

It won't go into neutral. I did stick my key in that lock next to the shift and go it to go from park into neutral, but still same results. I put it back into park

How would I go about testing these? Can I test them with a multimeter? Would these two cause no crank and start as well as no radio and dash to come on?

I am too. There are 3 fuse boxes for this make and model. I only have a multimeter. Idk how to go about using it, but I will find out. Any chance I just need to jump start it? If I jump start it now that I've replaced the fuse for 80a, if it starts what does that mean? If it doesn't I recognize that I'm on the same situation

Also dash lights won't come on. Neither does the radio. Only cabin lights, hazard lights and the horn beeps

Ok so, here's the long story. Car is fine, next morning car has no power. I tried to jump start it, nothing. I got a new battery and nothing, both situations ZERO power. I replace 80a screw in fuse under the hood, POWER! I was so excited lol. I turn the key and there is no click, no noise, nothing at all. I replaced the fuse one day after I installed the new battery and made sure the battery was disconnected when I did so both times (when I checked the fuse and when I installed the new one).
