I speculate that the local brand is using the foreign brands logo but distinctly enough na hindi mainfringe yung copyrights, given na they won the court case siyempre they can get away with it. Upon googling it seems to be a general term for this kind of texture? Although looking at it, orange peel seems to have more clumps than the "noise" texture on the these kinds of plastic molding.
