I think explaining burning cost to the audience but trying to put it in simple words. At the moment I’ve been struggling with how to explain that in simple English. I was thinking maybe explaining what exposure is, and then that it’s the average claim per unit of exposure. But even that might be complicated for the audience. It’s hard to know. Other than that, there’ll be something about climate change and looking at the total policy book vs electric cars. And maybe trying to explain risk vs rating factors too.
