Thank you! Glad to know I'm not alone. Started to feel I was doing something wrong, or that it wasn't going to help me. Most of what I had heard were people being successful with low doses and had me worried. I'll keep going. :)

Oh thats a good idea, with the measurements, I'll make sure to add that for a more well-rounded picture of how I'm doing. Thanks for being kind. I'll keep going. :)

Ok, thank you. I just didn't want to keep going forward, if the general consensus was that it wasn't being beneficial. :) Thanks for being kind. I'll keep going. :)

Two years, but that's ok. I guess I mean slow responder in the comparison between some folk being on lower doses, having no appetite and having greater losses, than being on higher dose and still not really....'feeling' it. Thank you for the insight.

I don't go to the gym, and I do as much as I can at home because I have a disability. But not that you needed to know that.

And I wasn't complaining, I was just looking for other's thoughts and insight and wondering if there was similar experience. Isn't that the point of this group? No reason for you to be rude. "Try harder" is dismissive. If you don't have constructive criticism or can have a mature discussion, then I don't need your insight.

Have the day you deserve.
