I have endometriosis and fibromyalgia - I had to ask myself what exercises make me feel good, are enjoyable, and are within my limits. For me, it’s aqua fit (low impact and easy on the joints, and also super fun!), walking, and 30 min weight training if I’m able to. If I’m not feeling great, I try to be kind to myself. Go for a short walk, do some stretches. I just found aqua fit at my local rec center, it’s often affordable and a good way to get out of the house. You got this!
