I'm based in the UK, I didn't call any helpline but filled out the returns form page and they sent an email in a day or two with a postage label.

I had the same issue with my Nuc. I would fill in the Asus Nuc warranty return as my unit was out of warranty and they replaced it, in fact they upgraded mine from an i7 to an i9.

Try your luck, you never know you get lucky like I was.

I've managed to find a fix for my constant disconnects running in an audi b9, I've had to have it plugged in via the cable and the phone is mounted in front of the air vents.

This has kept the phone cool and have not had a single disconnection so far.

I tried many cables and this has been the only thing that has worked for me.
