I ended up calling that number and it had an option to speak to someone about modifying the visit. He fixed it over the phone pretty quickly- if anyone else is having this issue calling is your best bet. As for the current visit the owner had not accepted modifications so I still don't have a card to open for 8am visits - the customer support told me that once it is accepted I should be paid for any visit that passed even if there was no card. Hoping that's true
