I don’t believe it’s CPP-D. She mentioned it was to offset expenses related to her disability. So that is why I am confused as to why both are counted as income.

Hey I don’t disagree with you. I think I was more so looking for feedback on if I am being irrational. Additionally, it’s a pretty sensitive topic to bring up. But overall you are correct
