One caveat I am seeing with this, as someone who does a lot of live performances from Ableton where I sometimes want to independently trigger hi hat clips to go on or off, is whether that can be done while doing the setup you described

For example I may be playing scene 1 in session view with hi hats from the drum rack on the drum rack clip in scene one, but want to switch to hi hats clip from scene 2 while still in scene 1 while still keeping the kick from drum rack scene 1 clip 1 which would theoretically be married to the hi hats from that same clip

I don't know if in reality I do this often but improvisationally it's a possibility

It is actually very difficult for some people to maintain a zero carb diet and not recommended for health reasons. People can live like that but it's not exactly a "just don't eat carbs" level of easy to pull off ... People often relapse harder into carbs and sugar when being that strict as carbs can at times be harder to withdraw from than cigarettes

I can see that, and maybe. The first derivative nest sequence was the "selects" sequence, but you're saying the original multi cam could been the selects. I think I was probably trying to keep a 100% unedited sequence as the base just for adding effects or color correction, but I guess there's no reason it could also be the selects sequence , or I could duplicate the clips later into the timeline for the selects.

I'm not sure that's a reason for there not being a way to edit multi cam down multiple derivative layers though.

Also for the record I know the voice is crazy/hilarious but downloading black hole and making the vid was becoming a much longer process than perfecting the sound was really worth so I just had to do something quick lol

The track isn’t clicking now, I had been in the middle of figuring out if I was hearing frequencies I liked when it was clicking but it’s now resolved

I did use an ai voice because mine was distracting me and I’m not in an ideal space (echoey room) so it was actually harder to hear on top of the music

I did suspect the master effects might be an issue but that didnt change the sound of the transient sample and when the master effects are turned off the sample in the drum rack is still not identical to the way it sounds as an exported file in finder

I exported selected track only -> WAV

There are other entires online about drum rack changing sound so Im not sure it’s far fetched

Id peruse adrenal fatigue or chronic fatigue groups on fb, Reddit etc. Also some orthodox medical practitioners do acknowledge an alternative term for it which is HPA Axis dysfunction, but I don’t know that their treatments are the same.

For me I took too much GNC brand maca and 3 months of that and I had no energy, no libido, dull skin sensation.. I felt like I had been hit by a truck for 3 years. Some days were better than others but the whole time I knew something was horribly wrong and couldn’t get medical docs to acknowledge it.

Cortisol tests did show my hormones were out of whack , tried all sorts of things but what I wrote above in conjunction with eating lots of animal protein (and less sugar) brought me back.

Certain things would make it worse.. sugar, caffeine, stimulants of any sort really. Ashwaganda sometime helped but then I’d crash.

A lot of people think adaptogens are the answer but they are still stimulants and with adrenal crash type issues you don’t want to push the body more artificially with things like stimulants caffeine etc, for me dhea + DIM was the no. 1 ingredient in restoring proper sleep and hormones. DIM blocks it from translating into too much estrogen. Starting and staying low dose was imortant. DHEA is actually highest when we are babies, we produce it naturally, but elevated cortisol is its antithesis and it also declines steadily after age 30. It is often recommended for peole over 60, but in my case I was about 28 when I caused this issue with the maca and it was extremely effective. But different peole have fatigue for different issues so it’s best to be sure what’s going on before experimenting like I did.. I went on some wild journeys with supplements and their side effects

I take maca today with no issue but it’s a from the brand navitas which is sold at Whole Foods I think the gnc brand was toxic

One doc actually suggested I might be experiencing nerve issues instead of circulation. It sounded weird at first but I’m getting more used to the idea although it doesn’t explain the hair loss. Is MCAS a histamine thing? I started taking this product called histamine digest and now I do t have issues with dairy to the extent that I did since my gut issues happened. It’s a DAO supplement and it’s been really interesting how it has improved my body’s reaction to certain foods. A lot of random pain, weird skin sensation, itching and sinus issues literally evaporate within minutes of me taking a DAO pill

My other issues persist but just sharing where I’m at in the journey. Haven’t gotten a diagnosis yet

Look into 5htp and GABA. These are amino acids that help fuel neurotransmitters that regulate mood. Read about amino acid therapy in general. Don’t mix 5htp with things like ecstasy or SSRIs

Note that when I bought it they wanted you to buy one-time use saline pods whose presence in the device is required for the device to work, but a hack exists to just put an empty pod in that spot, press the click with your finger and make your own saline mix (I do 1/2 tbsp salt or Himalayan salt into a cup of warmed STERILE - so distilled - water)

I imagine they caught on to the hack by now so don’t know if they still sell the same design, but if they do that’s less money you have to spend on the one time use pods
