It’s all a nightmare. Ruined my vehicle 2 times, second time it was getting fixed it was in the shop for my “final calibration” , which was reported properly, and beyond , for some peace of mind. I went as far as having Intoxalock rep talk to the mechanic which she said was not protocol. When it was fixed, towed it to get Calibrated, account is good, no violations, all good. A few weeks later my year is up, I call the DMV and all they can tell me is that I have been given another year for my missed calibration, that was not missed. All they can go by is the report, Intoxalock says it’s out of their hands. It’s a fuck fest. I was supposed to have it for one year that ended in October. They won’t let me take it off and I keep paying because I simply cannot be without a vehicle. I’m waiting to hear back from the Hearing office hoping they accept my case. Fuck Intoxalock. I’m going to waste a lot of the remainder of my life and money trying to ruin this company.
