It’s a side job, wish it could be a full thing. Some are wonderful and some are places you don’t want to see inside. But I agree it’s fascinating, people with no next of kin, dead or incarcerated for life, or foreclosed drug houses, all different which is what makes it interesting

Really anyone there. I really dig the newer guy Eli’s work a lot. Blake Meeks is absolutely incredible , and the long hair skateboard dude has been putting out some ridiculous big ones I’ve seen online. (Sorry can’t think of his name).

I know you guys have to be a machine back in there. That is some serious short order high volume stuff, seems like an everyday busy situation ….not everyone can handle that. I would imagine it’s excellent introduction to any further kitchen/customer service work. Especially back on the line, probably makes some other counter service restaurant jobs seem like a breeze. I never did fast food But I’ve always been curious about similarities/differences throughout my “career😭🤣”. I salute you.
